Hatch Show Print Comes to Two Rivers

Jim Sherraden of Hatch Showprint, Nashville, TN will be hosting a letterpress workshop at Hamilton Wood Type.
The workshop is limited to 15 printers at a cost of $250 per person with all proceeds going to Hamilton.
The workshop will feature a day-long opportunity to work with Hamilton's 1.5 million-piece collection of wood type. Friday evening will offer the opportunity to tour the museum and talk with Jim about Hatch and it's long-standing connection to Hamilton. Saturday the printing session will run from 9am to 6pm under the watchful eye and wise-cracking mouth of one of the nations most influencial letterpress printers. Sunday will provide printing time from 9am to 11am followed by a print-swap by attendees.
The $250 fee covers paper, ink, equipment and access to Hamilton's presses. Previous printing experience is helpful buy not required. Hotel accommodations can be made at the Lighthouse Inn.
